现行的信任体系的形成来自于两个主要方面，文化系统和国家机器。国家机器是对国家层面进行公信力和公权力的背书，在国家的法律法规下，签订的合同都有相应的条款进行约束，这也是为啥普通人相信银行，愿意把手里闲钱存到银行里面的一个主要因素。文化的传统更具有软实力影响，属于隐形的规则之上。证券公司依据法规对投资者进行结算，如果这种结算没有履行协议，那么国家机器会采取行动强制其执行结算。文化的信任体系不是一天或者两天建成的，就如一句俗话所说，罗马不是一天建成的。例如民间的商会投入和结算长期由当地的文化习俗所致。

诚信社会鼓励民间的文化习俗向着互信发展，为啥要出现这样的模式呢？文化信任形成虽然缓慢，但是成本很低，单单依靠国家机器成本太高，有些地方很难去监管，国家机器制定强制性的合同，文化系统则是重复博弈和反复的教育，区块链实现的去信任化，我们不需要信任对方或者第三方机构，它是一种信任的转移，人们在进行合作过程中，信任对象由人和机构转移到了区块链共识信任的机器上。
