金融发展过程中，经济金融发展出现了很多矛盾，例如有些消费者享受不到银行的服务或者不足，金融创新动因受到了制约。还有目前互联网金融模式具有短期化特征，如果利率进入完全市场化状态。

充分竞争后，很多模式存在的空间会缩小，因此我们更愿意去让制度去驱动金融，从某种程度上说，市场经济和金融运行，它不仅是经济的，更是制度的，现代金融变化离不开制度的优化。

2、行情解读

每日行情走势，大饼从3月12号开始爬升，初始点为3800点，今日10月28号19点45分13371美元左右，变盘已经到来，正在11000-13000美元的测试，目前处于测试阶段。从日曲线看12200-13300美元之间目前支撑点很多，庄家买入挂单持仓2.2万BTC（明面买盘较昨日减少0.4万），上方阻力1.1万BTC（明面阻力较昨日减少2.4万）。

持续7个月的走势，接下来到了变盘的时刻，再次测试11000-13000美元高位压力点，冲破稳定之后，大饼整体趋势上涨。

从15分钟曲线可以看出，比特币从13053美元上升到13854美元一个相对点。合约不玩牛市必来，合约理论上放大游戏的上下限，用户可以找到刺激，但是合约阻碍大饼的持续发力，继续震荡起来目前回调处于13364美元，相对指标USDT目前6.65（如果泰达公司倒闭有利于币圈发展，因为它稀释了这个圈内的价值）。

话外题：

大饼的吸血行情，会把周围的吸干，所以大饼需要文章，一个大饼上涨带来的后果也很严重，毕竟这个圈内不只是叫BTC，BCH就没有跟随BTC下跌。
