区块链技术有望重新分发将来的财富，所以各位富有的人没有必要担心自己的口袋被瓜分，这里强调的不是打土豪分财产，而是有望有一系列的基础规则去约束不诚信的人，基于区块链的生态系统，可以根据任务设定和规则进行相互的协作，用来为人类提供特定的服务，最主要的是这种参与方式可以惠及所有参与者，金字塔底层的用户也可以参与，所以体现了重新分发将来财富的重点，目前苹果公司不会接受某个地区某个人的注资，参与者数量可以达到数百万人，股东们可以在需要的时候进行投票管理这个系统的方向，传统的公司单纯的由公司董事会进行决定，分布式组织很多的日常抉择被编码成智能的系统，拍脑袋的董事决议看上去很有讽刺感，所以这里没有那种贡献不大，还享受超出付出的薪酬，没有一些不必要的5S检查，我们设定了一个目标，自动执行即可。

在智能合约的框架下进行运行的分布式企业，任何参与者完成指定的工作任务，实时可以得到工作报酬，相对比目前的月工资支付或者周工资支付，显然这种激励更有效果，参与者只需要知道良好行为规则和标准，所有的任何和绩效都是透明化，参与者会热爱和追逐自己的目标。如果顾客提出了不同的意见，企业可以重新评定生产产品，重新审定指导方案，目前通过代币发行股份的公司已经存在，好处在于不需要监管方参与，股份公开发行，同时你可以出售自己的股份，让出自己的投票权，这些公司的股东可以遍及所有地区，在没有高管而只有股东运作的体系，代码和算法决定了企业的未来，或许这种影响不亚于财富创造机构所有权的民主化，另外我们还可以部署多重签名进行代码管控，并不是所有人必须签字，有些人担心这样的系统会作恶，其实比特币通证系统的运行就是最好佐证，相信这项技术只会给世界带来好事和积极的影响。
