新一轮Filecoin Plus公证员已选出，进一步促进有价值数据的存储

Filecoin Plus社区最近举行了自推出以来的第二次公证员选举。申请领取公证员身份和DataCap 补助的截止日期为5月25日，并由治理团队进行审查，其中包括Filecoin基金会和协议实验室（Protocol Labs）的成员，以及那些没有申请公证员的积极参与的社区成员。

Filecoin Plus社区通过为Filecoin网络增添一层社会信任，促进了有价值数据的存储。受信任客户希望利用网络存储申请DataCap补助，DataCap可用于激励矿工进行存储交易。分配给客户的DataCap可以由客户用于与矿工的存储交易中。这些交易附带更高的交易质量乘数，从而可以让网络上存储矿工的“质量调整能力”增加10倍（随着时间的推移，矿工可以获得更好的区块奖励）。简而言之，矿工受到了很大的激励，他们从使用DataCap支付存储交易费用的客户那里获得交易。公证员是Filecoin Plus社区选举产生的受托人，负责将DataCap补助分配给在网络上存储有用数据的人员。

选举的公证员的职位任期将一直延续至他们用完DataCap或直到下一次的选举，预计将在年底前举行。公证员充当Filecoin网络的受托人角色，因此，如果他们滥用其DataCap的分配，他们可能会失去该职位。

在这次选举周期中，我们对选举要求进行了修改，允许在北美、欧洲和中国至少有5名公证员，而不是此前要求的3名公证员。这也是为了应对这些地区增加的DataCap申请以及更高的Filecoin Plus社区参与度。大洋洲第一位公证员的当选表明，全球对Filecoin Plus社区的参与度正不断提高。

由于对资源的需求不断增加，现在每个地区最多可以有7名公证员开展业务，以满足DataCap的预期分配。到目前为止，公证员已经向所有地区的客户授予了大约800 tebibytes的DataCap，这些客户已经用DataCap在Filecoin网络上存储了超过250 tebibytes的数据。在这一轮的公证员选举中，5.3 pebibytes的新DataCap被授予，比上一次选举周期授予的数据大大增加，上次为 1.9 pebibytes.

据Filecoin另一份报道显示，随着Venus通过了Least Authority机构执行的安全审计，Venus发布了Venus v1.0.0版本，这将使全球存储供应商和客户能够在Filecoin网络上更安全地存储有价值的数据。

Venus是Filecoin网络的Go语言实现，致力于提高Filecoin的网络安全性和分布式集群的适用性。经过三个月的调查和修改，Venus已经通过了Least Authority执行的安全审计，Least Authority是为开源软件开发项目进行安全审计方面的领导者。Venus团队采纳了Least Authority机构的建议，并修改了执行过程中的关键问题，如链同步、密钥安全性、API稳定性和结构合理性等。对这些关键领域的改进进一步提高了Venus的安全性和效率。

自IPFSForce于2020年10月接管Venus以来，该项目现在已经实现了两个里程碑事件，其中包括部署的第一个节点和构建在Filecoin网络上的第一个存储池。
