第一篇章 区块链革命读书笔记

公司与供应商、顾客、同业伙伴如何彻底分离出来，一直有所争议，这种分离目前变得越来越难以定义，所以对于边界的探索不断，或许这如同鸡蛋的蛋黄与蛋清的分离，但是随着时间的推移，它们将会不断的成长和改变，区块链技术对于公司的去中心化、组织架构有着深度的影响，或许公司还会并存很长一段时间，在公司内部的合约管理、协调搜索和建立有效信任对于公开市场有很多的优势，对立面就是人们可以在线自由的参与工作，所以团队的规模对于业务等也有边界影响，对于未来团队或者公司的组成，我们还未可知，可能由特定的客户群组成的联合体，或者是商会的形式组成的需求方，但是我们都需要有组织的去协调和协作整个架构运行起来。公司的边界围成一个团体，核心才是重点关注对象，核心辐射力，对于公司的边界有深度的传播影响，公司通过某种专利或者某种能力，实现竞争优势，其他一些外部公司无法获取，这个观点可以成为核心定义。

可见公司如同无数电子围绕着原子核不断的扩展和运转，这种竞争的优势来源于不断的活动，互相强化活动组成一个整体网络，这些子单元不断的优化和整合，系统内的单个活动或者子单元可以被模仿，但是整个系统处于只读模式，不可以进行复制和黏贴，这也是为啥美国苹果在内地找了这么多代工，戴尔和IBM委托外包Jabil这样的电子产品制造商进行加工，这些加工制造商没有独特的能力，很多关键的芯片都是倒手几次流转到组装的公司，即使多了一个工序进行加工，核心公司也在所不惜，或许在外面寻找合作伙伴对于相关业务有一定的风险，但是在战略上利用外部资源可以更好的去重新优化内部的组织能力，对于公司边界的探索起点在于自知产业、对手和赢利点机会，区块链帮助建立信任，让更多的人参与进来，就像公司的文化无法打包，对于公司边界探索需要全体参与者的协作，至于为什么要探索公司的边界，因为我们需要知道被分享蛋糕的覆盖范围。
