　　比特儿为Crypti开发团队提供预售与资金担保：

　　预售开始时间为： 2014年7月10日 0点UTC (北京时间早上8点)。

　　比特儿将在市场上投放5000BTC的CRSALE卖单，价格为1CRSALE/BTC，预售开始后，用户可以根据需要投入BTC买入CRSALE作为投资股份。用户的所有交易数据将会发送给Crypti团队做统计。最终用户可以获得的Crypti多少，根据用户投入的BTC占所有用户投入BTC的百分比例，从Crypti创世区块产量(约占总量的75%-85%)中分得。比如，用户投入的BTC最终占预售总量的1%，那么用户在预售结束后可以分的Crypti预售总量的1% 。

　　关于退款：

　　经过比特儿与开发团队的积极争取，比特儿用户将可以获得Crypti 的退款保证，退款规则为：

　　预售前20天，用户可以获得100%退款(比特儿投放0.9999999BTC价格买单)。

　　从第21天起，用户每一笔投资可以申请90%退款，剩余10%获得Crypti

　　从第22天气，用户每一笔投资可以申请80%退款，剩余20%获得Crypti

　　此后几天，以此类推

　　为了保证分发均匀，开发团队要求，单个用户投资额度不能超过总投资额度的2%-4%( 最终开发团队定)，超过部分将联系用户进行退回。

　　比特儿将为用户投入的资金提供担保服务。即，用户资金将由比特儿代为保管，并不立即发送给开发团队。直到Crypti开发团队完成钱包开发与发行，将Crypti成功交付给平台用户，比特儿才将用户投入的资金全部交付开发团队。
