智能合约并不是人工智能，指的是在双方约定好游戏规则下，计算机程序按照执行条件进行强制读取输出，有点类似逻辑汇编语言或者工控的可编程控制器，按照约定各方签下的合约，计算机程序的好处在于不可篡改，实现的是一种自治，这种可编程的属性可以带来价值交换，实现金融领域的自动化，对于法律体系也有好处，但并不代表它可以适应一切范畴，一些没有办法设置前置条件的应用场景，就没办法实施。
