第一篇章“企业管理者消失”

何谓管理，有人通俗地阐述为管人和理事，假如我们公司内部发布招聘，找到了合适的人才，如何去管理他们呢？相信关于管理的书籍不胜枚举，因为这些书籍是为了更好的给管理者提供道具，我们如何去协调、匹配不同技能的人、料、法来实现高效的创造价值，从而实现一个很低的成本，这永远都是管理者的终极目标话题，人、机、料、法、环和测中，人放在首位，对于人员的调配，公司通过权力命令资源的转移；对于商品而言，市场通过价格进行资源的重新转移。市场自动的调节可以称为去中心化的资源调剂机制。命令转移机制采用的是层级化调控过程。对于层级化的机制，很多专家众说纷纭，有人说层级化可以让大型机构高效、坚强和严明机构组织，可以释放大能量使得生产力得到有效提高。也有人反对，层级化正在阻挡创新、被强制调配的人工作没有任何的积极性，这样会造成价值资源分配不合理，甚至运作机制不透明。

无论哪个企业运营十年以上，如果不推出合理的变革，企业的整体竞争力会逐渐失去，因为一家上市企业的平均寿命为十年，层级化随着公司寿命的增加变得越来越明显，管理者在权力下对于资源的调配，根本没有足够的专业知识去驾驭，互联网早期让管理者们改变了工作部署、晋升等自上而下的组织架构，因为电子邮件等让信息的孤岛联系在一起，社交成本得到降低，公司之间活跃起来，但是公司庞大的体积提高了机构的成本，还有我们无法衡量高管的薪资和他们付出的劳动成正比例关系，区块链通过智能合约可以减少公司内外的交易成本，上期我们谈到不存在管理者这个角色，因此各个层级之间的管理成本不会存在，这样机构成本得到了解决，另外没有了管理者，区块链还可以让公司内部员工持续稳定的互相协作，工作过程中透明度得到了确认，管理者变成了顾问的出现，让公司再次充满了活力。
